Had enjoyable stay for 3 nights and the weather was warm sunny. Overall it was good sized and well laid out with modern design. I appreciated that they had free wireless internet access, climate control, and a balcony.

This was an awesome stay for 3 nights I had to shell out 626 Eur. Got big size and silent double room with modern design as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was simply great.

incredibly beautiful and absolutely fabulous hotel in a beautiful position in the mavida's restaurant. location really close to zell am see and caprun as well as a beautiful lake. new-fashioned room, exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing breakfast. good view of the mountains.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. the place is clean and well-organized. - the unit is beautifully designed with a cozy decor. - the staff is excellent and the breakfast is particularly delicious, with plenty of pancakes and eggs. - the location offers a stunning view of the mountains.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, we did not find the railway line mentioned by others disturbing (on the 2nd floor). As a non-skier my interest was more in the wellness department and my expectations were more than fulfilled - massage super - thanks again to Anetta - pleasant cosmetic treatment - therefore unrestricted recommendation. Very pleasant bar with an excellent, friendly and professional bartender, who explained the various differences of gin and tonic - the prices were accordingly - breakfast fulfilled all expectations but unfortunately there is no dinner in the house. This is obviously due to a lack of staff but the old saying is true - if you pay only with peanuts you can only expect the monkey to work for you. The restaurant situation in Schüttorf is a simple catastrophe - I have rarely eaten so badly as in this place. I like wood ambience - I found it a little too contrasty - they are in good hands in the Ban Tai. I like hearty food in winter and was looking forward to typical Austrian food but unfortunately this was not the case. Please do not ruin your holiday by trying other local restaurants, the menu is identical and is limited to Wiener Schnitzel (without veal) from the deep fryer with french fries, which do not deserve the name, please do not misunderstand me - I am not the one who always finds a hair in the soup, but I want to get at least as good food as I cook myself . Conclusion: We would like to stay at Mavida again next year but I would make a deal with the taxi driver and have dinner every night in Zell - City. Please read my reviews at the individual restaurants.

1 misplaced reservation for restaurant, language difficulty with some waiters due to low english skills.

We liked the cleanliness very much. The room was very comfortable with a lot of space, filled with bathrobe and slippers. Towels were changed every day (which wasn't necessary). The wellness area was simply TOP. There was a large selection of drinks, fruit, yoghurt, smoothie, nuts and various dried fruit for self-service. Simply great. In the sauna area itself there was something for every taste, infusion sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, two swimming pools, one outside and one inside, everything was top maintained.

I missed a cozy cafe in that house where you could eat cake and pie. If you wanted to have a coffee you had to get it from the bar, which was not very comfortable and inviting for me. That was probably because the hotel was already very modern in its interior and style. Just typical wellness hotel.

The hotel is top-class and clean with a non-smoking restaurant. The staff is amazingly helpful and the food is very good. The location is absolutely perfect in Zell am See, right next to the ski slopes, town center, and local mountains.

The hotel has the best possible location right next to the ski lift for Schmittenhoe, in a beautiful area. The building is lovely and the rooms are well laid out and beautifully decorated. Additionally, it is only 1 mile away from Elisabeth Park.

The room is clean and very quiet. The food was delicious, although I didn't like much the ceremony around it.

The room is not very comfortable - no proper table or chairs to sit and work if one has to; lighting is bad, so hard to read; no bath tub, only a shower (although a very nice one); hotel is not located by the lake but overlooking a railway and and a parking lot - not very nice. There is no lake view as advertised on the web site.
